This is not your typical riding program; magic requires a unique program all its own. We invite your child to come share in the wonder. This summer, Gaits to Growth is pleased to make available a number of top character development "lesson plans" from our regular curriculum

ESCRIPTION OF CAMPS
| "Taking the Reins" | Get up close and personal with an equine friend every day. This camp partners children and horses to teach basic horsemanship and riding skills, and enhance character development. With a wonderful blend of horse time and non-horse time, your child will strengthen skills in the following areas: responsibility, communication, team work, and leadership. | "Pony Playmates" ages 5 and 6 "Saddle Sidekicks" ages 7 and 8 |
This camp is a "mini" version of "Taking the Reins" tailored for the younger age groups. Each child will enjoy the experience of caring for his or her own pony or horse partner, learning safety and gaining confidence. Children are encouraged to experience the horse at their own pace, working their way into the saddle to learn basic riding skills. | |
